Terms of Use

Applies to all MyoMed Prep education properties, including NexGen Mastery, RadMatrix (Radiologic Imaging Education Suite), and the MyoMed Prep company website (the "Platforms"). Last updated: August 2026.

By creating an account or using the Platforms, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, the Educational & Medical Disclaimer, and the Academic Integrity Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platforms.

1. Who may use the Platforms

The Platforms are intended for nursing and allied-health students, licensed professionals, and educators. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account, and you must provide accurate registration information.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Platforms for your own education. All content — lessons, practice items, case studies, rationales, software, and design — is the property of MyoMed Prep or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, republish, sell, or create derivative works from Platform content without our prior written permission. Brief quotations for personal study notes are permitted.

If paid plans are offered, pricing, billing terms, and refund terms will be presented at the point of purchase and form part of these Terms.

The Platforms are provided on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service.

7. Disclaimers of warranty

THE PLATFORMS AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORMS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. SEE THE EDUCATIONAL & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER, WHICH IS PART OF THESE TERMS.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYOMED PREP AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLINICAL, ACADEMIC, LICENSURE, OR PROFESSIONAL OUTCOME, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORMS. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE (OR US $50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyoMed Prep from claims arising out of your misuse of the Platforms, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Academic Integrity Policy, or applicable law. You may stop using the Platforms and request account deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced on the Platforms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which MyoMed Prep is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that state, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
