Academic Integrity Policy

Applies to NexGen Mastery, RadMatrix, Rescue, Foundations, Synapsis AI, and the MyoMed Prep company website (together, the “Platforms”). Last updated: 30 September 2026.

MyoMed Prep LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”) builds original educational content for examination preparation and professional development. Academic integrity is the foundation of that mission. This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

1. Our Commitment to Original Content

1.1 Original Works. Every practice question, case study, unfolding case, rationale, cheat sheet, and simulation on the Platforms is written by or for MyoMed Prep as an original work, built from published guidelines, public test plans, primary literature, and the clinical expertise of licensed professionals.

1.2 No Live Examination Content. We do not solicit, accept, purchase, or publish recalled, leaked, or confidential live examination items (“brain dumps”) from any testing or certification body. We remove and report any such material brought to our attention.

1.3 Evidence-Based Sourcing. We cite the evidence behind our content so learners can verify it independently. Our evidence standard, published on the Platforms, describes source selection, limitations, and update practices.

1.4 Transparency. Our inventory and coverage maps show the depth behind each track and how topic coverage compares with published exam plans. We do not claim a pass rate and we do not publish testimonials. Learner outcome measures, where published, follow the methodology described on the technical page.

2. Learner Commitments

By using the Platforms, you agree to the following:

2.1 No Live Examination Content. You will not post, upload, share, request, discuss, or transmit actual examination content from NCSBN (NCLEX), ARRT, ANCC, AANP, AACN, PNCB, NCC, NBCRNA, AMCB, NREMT, any state EMS authority, or any other testing or certification body, anywhere on the Platforms, including in tutor conversations, discussion fields, feedback forms, or any other input mechanism. Candidates sign confidentiality agreements with these bodies; violating those agreements can end a career, and it violates these Terms.

2.2 No Cheating. You will not use the Platforms to cheat on any proctored examination, graded coursework, or clinical competency evaluation, including by accessing the Platforms during a proctored exam or copying Platform content into an examination setting.

2.3 No Misrepresentation. You will not misrepresent your progress, scores, readiness results, or completion status to any school, employer, clinical site, licensing board, or certification body.

2.4 Your Own Account. You will use only your own account. You will not complete work, assessments, or practice sessions as another person, allow another person to use your account, or share login credentials.

2.5 No Unauthorized Distribution. You will not copy, screenshot, screen-record, redistribute, post to social media, upload to file-sharing services, or otherwise share Platform content (including practice questions, rationales, case studies, simulations, and AI Tutor responses) outside of your personal study use, except for brief quotations in personal study notes as permitted by the Terms of Service.

3. AI-Specific Integrity Rules

3.1 No AI-Assisted Assessment Fraud. You will not use any external artificial intelligence tool, large language model, or generative AI service to complete, answer, or gain an unfair advantage on any readiness exam, adaptive assessment, or scored practice session on the Platforms.

3.2 Synapsis AI Tutor. The Synapsis AI Tutor is a study aid provided within the Platforms. Using the Tutor for its intended purpose (asking study questions, requesting explanations, reviewing concepts) is permitted and encouraged. Attempting to manipulate the Tutor into generating content that mimics live examination items, or using Tutor output to circumvent the adaptive engine’s scoring, is a violation of this Policy.

3.3 External AI Tools for Study. Using external AI tools for your own independent study outside the Platforms is your personal choice and not governed by this Policy. However, inputting Platform content (practice questions, rationales, case studies, proprietary materials) into any external AI tool violates the intellectual property provisions of the Terms of Service.

4. Investigation and Enforcement

4.1 Monitoring. We may use technical measures to detect violations of this Policy, including analysis of usage patterns, session timing, device fingerprinting, and content-matching tools. We do not monitor your activity outside the Platforms.

4.2 Investigation. When we become aware of a potential violation, whether through our own detection, a user report, or a third-party notification, we will investigate. During an investigation, we may temporarily restrict account access to preserve the integrity of the review.

4.3 Consequences. Violations of this Policy may result in one or more of the following, at Company’s sole discretion and proportionate to the severity of the violation:

1. A written warning documenting the violation and the expected corrective action.
2. Removal or quarantine of the offending content.
3. Temporary suspension of account access for a specified period.
4. Permanent termination of the account without refund.
5. Reporting to the relevant testing organization, certification body, licensing board, or law enforcement, as their rules or applicable law require.
6. Pursuit of legal remedies available under the Terms of Service, including claims for damages arising from intellectual property infringement.

4.4 Escalation. Violations involving live examination content are treated as the most serious category. A first offense involving confirmed live exam content will ordinarily result in immediate account termination and reporting to the relevant testing body. We do not provide advance warning for this category of violation.

5. Appeals

5.1 Right to Appeal. If your account is suspended or terminated under this Policy, you may submit a written appeal to contact.admin@myomedprep.org within fourteen (14) days of receiving notice of the action. Your appeal must include your name, account email, a description of the action you are appealing, and any information or context you believe is relevant.

5.2 Review. We will review your appeal and respond within thirty (30) days. The review will be conducted by a person who was not involved in the original enforcement decision. Our decision on appeal is final.

5.3 Interim Status. Filing an appeal does not automatically restore account access during the review period.

6. Institutional and Testing Body Cooperation

6.1 Cooperation. We cooperate with NCSBN, ARRT, NREMT, and other testing and certification bodies in their efforts to protect examination integrity. This cooperation may include sharing information about confirmed violations to the extent permitted by law and our Privacy Policy.

6.2 Institutional Customers. If you access the Platforms through an institutional subscription (a nursing program, hospital, or training organization), violations of this Policy may also be reported to your institution’s designated administrator, consistent with the terms of the institutional agreement.

7. Reporting a Concern

7.1 How to Report. If you believe any item on the Platforms resembles live examination content, or you observe any conduct that may violate this Policy, report it to questions@myomedprep.org. Include the platform name (NexGen Mastery, RadMatrix, Rescue, Foundations, or company website), the item or lesson ID if applicable, a description of the concern, and a citation or source if you have one. Evidence-backed reports receive priority review.

7.2 Good Faith. We encourage good-faith reporting and will not retaliate against any user who reports a concern in good faith. Knowingly filing a false report is itself a violation of this Policy.

7.3 Response. We investigate every report. We will acknowledge receipt within five (5) business days and will notify the reporter of the outcome to the extent we can do so without compromising the privacy of other users or the integrity of an ongoing investigation.

8. Relationship to Other Policies

8.1 Terms of Service. This Policy is part of the Terms of Service. A violation of this Policy is a violation of the Terms of Service.

8.2 Privacy Policy. Any personal information collected or processed in connection with enforcement of this Policy is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8.3 Educational and Medical Disclaimer. Nothing in this Policy changes the Educational and Medical Disclaimer. Platform content remains educational material, not medical advice.

9. Trademark Notice

NCLEX and NCLEX-RN are registered trademarks of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. (NCSBN). ARRT is a registered trademark of the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. NREMT is a registered trademark of the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians. All other examination, certification, and organization names, including ANCC, AANP, AACN, PNCB, NCC, NBCRNA, and AMCB, are the property of their respective owners. MyoMed Prep, NexGen Mastery, RadMatrix, Rescue, Foundations, and Synapsis AI are trademarks or trade names of MyoMed Prep LLC. MyoMed Prep and its Platforms are independent educational products and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these organizations. Use of these names is solely for identification of the relevant examinations.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced on the Platforms. Continued use of the Platforms after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
