Educational & Medical Disclaimer

Applies to all MyoMed Prep education properties, including NexGen Mastery (nursing education suite), RadMatrix (Radiologic Imaging Education Suite), and the MyoMed Prep company website (together, the "Platforms"). Last updated: August 2026.

The Platforms provide educational content for examination preparation and professional development only. Nothing on the Platforms is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing on the Platforms establishes a provider–patient relationship.

1. Not medical advice

All lessons, practice questions, case studies, calculators, flashcards, images, and other content are simplified teaching materials. They must never be used to diagnose, treat, or make decisions about a real patient. Clinical decisions must always be based on the complete clinical situation, current institutional policies and protocols, orders from licensed providers, current published guidelines, and the judgment of qualified professionals.

2. Emergencies

Never use the Platforms in a medical emergency. If you or someone else may be experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, call your local emergency number (911 in the United States) or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988 in the United States) immediately.

3. No real patient information (PHI)

The Platforms are learning environments. Do not enter, upload, or share real patient information or any protected health information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA — including in practice notes, SOAP-note tools, discussion fields, or account details. All charting tools are for fictional, simulated clients only.

4. Educational calculators and simulated tools

Interactive tools (dosage calculators, ABG interpreters, EKG helpers, simulated electronic health records, and similar features) are teaching aids. They are not validated clinical devices, are not a substitute for institutional systems and double-checks, and must not be used in the care of real patients.

5. Content accuracy and currency

We build content from reputable, evidence-based sources — such as published national guidelines, government health agencies, professional organizations, and peer-reviewed literature — and we cite those sources throughout. Medicine and nursing change rapidly, however, and errors are possible. Content may become outdated, and reference ranges, drug information, and protocols vary by institution, region, and publication date. Always verify against current primary sources and your institution's policies. If you find an error, please report it to us.

6. No affiliation with testing or licensing bodies

NCLEX® and NCLEX-RN® are registered trademarks of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. (NCSBN). ARRT® is a registered trademark of the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. All other examination, certification, and organization names — including ANCC, AANP, AACN, PNCB, NCC, NBCRNA, and AMCB — are the property of their respective owners. MyoMed Prep and its Platforms are independent educational products and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these organizations. Use of these names is for identification of the relevant examinations only. All practice items are original works; they are not actual examination questions.

7. No guarantee of results

Examination outcomes depend on many factors. MyoMed Prep does not guarantee that use of the Platforms will result in passing any examination, obtaining licensure or certification, or any other professional outcome.

8. Scope of practice

Content describes general United States practice standards unless stated otherwise. Your lawful scope of practice is defined by your license, your state's nurse practice act or equivalent law, and your institution — not by anything on the Platforms.

9. Contact
