Accessibility Statement

Applies to NexGen Mastery, RadMatrix, Rescue, Foundations, Synapsis AI, and the MyoMed Prep company website (together, the “Platforms”). Last updated: 3 October 2026.

1. Our Commitment

MyoMed Prep LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”) is committed to making its education platforms usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We design, build, and test with accessibility as a core requirement, not an afterthought.

2. Standard We Target

We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). We are actively working toward this standard and do not yet claim full conformance across the Platforms. This statement is an honest account of where we are and what remains.

3. What We Do

3.1 Semantic Structure. We use semantic HTML with labeled form controls, ARIA landmarks where appropriate, and keyboard-operable interfaces throughout the Platforms.

3.2 Color and Contrast. Color palettes are chosen for sufficient contrast ratios. Information is never conveyed by color alone; correct/incorrect feedback also uses text labels and symbols.

3.3 Responsive Design. Layouts support browser zoom up to 200% and are tested with mobile screen readers.

3.4 Alternative Text. Meaningful images in educational content carry descriptive alternative text. Decorative images are marked as such and hidden from assistive technology.

3.5 Interactive Components. Interactive exam-style components (drag-and-drop ordering, bow-tie grids, highlight-table items) also provide button-based keyboard alternatives. If you encounter one that does not work with your assistive technology, please tell us using the feedback address below, and use the equivalent keyboard-accessible practice format in the meantime.

3.6 Focus Management. Interactive elements have visible focus indicators. Modal dialogs and dynamically loaded content manage focus to keep keyboard and screen-reader users oriented.

3.7 Captions and Transcripts. Where we produce instructional video or audio, we provide captions. Transcripts are available upon request for any captioned content.

4. Known Limitations

We are transparent about what is not yet fully accessible:

4.1 A 375-pixel-wide reflow audit of every screen is still in progress; automated checks on the screens we have tested pass, but they do not prove every layout reflows cleanly.

4.2 Certain legacy interactive components are being retrofitted for full keyboard access and screen-reader support.

4.3 Contrast in some data-visualization elements (charts, progress graphs) is being improved.

4.4 Some PDF materials linked from the Platforms may not yet be fully tagged for screen readers.

We are checking responsive width, keyboard access, assistive-technology support, and contrast across all components, and we update this statement as fixes are verified.

5. Third-Party Content

The Platforms may link to or embed content from third-party sources (external clinical references, journal articles, guideline documents). We do not control the accessibility of third-party content and cannot guarantee it meets WCAG 2.2 AA. Where we identify an inaccessible third-party resource that is important to the educational content, we provide an accessible summary or alternative path where feasible.

6. Testing

6.1 Tools. We test with automated accessibility scanners (axe-core, Lighthouse) and manual testing with screen readers (NVDA on Windows, VoiceOver on macOS and iOS) and keyboard-only navigation.

6.1.1 Latest automated pass. On 3 October 2026 we ran axe-core against the WCAG 2.2 A and AA rule tags on the company website pages (light and dark themes), the NexGen Mastery home, practice, curriculum, pricing, onboarding, Skills Lab and transparency screens (at 1280 and 375 pixels wide), and the RadMatrix home screen. It reported no violations on those pages after the fixes in this release. Automated tools find only a minority of WCAG issues, so this is not a conformance claim; manual screen-reader and keyboard review is still required. A dated Accessibility Conformance Report records this criterion by criterion against WCAG 2.2 A and AA.

6.1.2 Bypass blocks. Every company-site, policy, NexGen Mastery and RadMatrix page now begins with a “Skip to main content” link, and an automated check in our build fails if one goes missing.

6.2 Frequency. Accessibility testing is part of our development workflow. New features and significant updates are tested before deployment.

6.3 User Feedback. We rely on real-world feedback from users of assistive technology to identify issues that automated tools miss. Every accessibility report we receive is investigated and prioritized.

7. Alternative Formats

If you need Platform content in an alternative format (large print, plain text, audio description) to access the educational material, contact us at the feedback address below. We will work with you to provide a reasonable accommodation.

8. Feedback and Reporting Barriers

1. The platform where you encountered the barrier (NexGen Mastery, RadMatrix, Rescue, Foundations, or company website).
2. The assistive technology you use (screen reader, magnifier, voice control, switch access, etc.) and your browser/operating system.
3. A description of what happened and what you expected to happen.

Response time: We will acknowledge your report within five (5) business days and provide a timeline for investigation. Accessibility reports are prioritized like defects, because they are.

9. Enforcement and Legal

This Accessibility Statement reflects our current practices and ongoing work. It is not a legal certification of conformance. If you believe the Platforms present an accessibility barrier that violates applicable law, please contact us first at the address above so we can attempt to resolve the issue promptly.

10. Changes to This Statement

We update this statement as accessibility improvements are verified and deployed. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
